Wendee Lee is a premier voice artist, voice director and private coach with over 600 credits in games, film, live action and animation spanning over 4 decades. She is best known as the voice of femme fatale FAYE VALENTINE in COWBOY BEBOP, as well QUEEN SERENITY in SAILOR MOON, HARUHI SUZUMIYA, KIVA in MEGAS XLR, LYN & VERONICA in FIRE EMBLEM, LEONA in LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, YORUICHI in BLEACH, ALEXSTRAZA the Dragon Queen in WORLD OF WARCRAFT, NEFRA de NILE in MONSTER HIGH, ATHENA in PHOENIX WRIGHT: ACE DETECTIVE, KEI in AKIRA, BULMA in DRAGON BALL, TK in DIGIMON, and her first VO role as Bridge Bunny VANESSA LEEDS in ROBOTECH. She has cast and voice directed numerous games, series, anime, and films, as well as the award winning Netflix series CYBERPUNK: EDGERUNNERS. Recent credits include casting NIPPON SANGUKO for Deluxe, and Akira Toriyama’s last creative endeavor SANDLAND for Bandai Namco. She is currently preparing to break more hearts with Season 2 of the highly anticipated CYBERPUNK: EDGERUNNERS series serving as both Casting Director and Voice Director.

A piece of copy in any genre can be read 1,000’s of ways. In the real world you are auditioning against 100’s of other actors never knowing really what you are up against. The VOWW is an incredible behind the scenes look into what other actors are doing with the same piece of copy. How other home studio’s sound compared to yours. What feedback would look like depending on how any performance is delivered. It can be eye opening, well EAR opening in many ways for the participants who take the time to delve into all the reads and feedback and not just their own.
