Pierce has been working in video game voice over since 2013, starting as a note taker on Batman: Arkham Knight, and transitioning into directing in 2015. Recently, he has worked as the lead voiceover director on Cyberpunk 2077 and Halo Infinite, the former of which earned BAFTA nominations for lead and supporting performer. Pierce earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from Emerson College, where he focused on directing for cinema. This time reinforced his love of actors and storytelling.

Portia Scott is a pioneer in the Voiceover arena in Hollywood! She has over 25 years of experience as a Voiceover agent is the only African American woman leading one of the top divisions as the Director of Voiceover at Coast-to-Coast Talent Group in Los Angeles.

Originally from New Jersey, Alyssa moved out to Los Angeles after she graduated from Syracuse University in 2012 with a dual degree in Film and Psychology, and a minor in theatre. Alyssa always wanted a career in entertainment, and knew deep down she would eventually find a career that combined her love of helping people, and her love for the arts/media. As a former Video Game & Animation VO Talent Agent at VOX, Inc., as well as an experienced audio/record engineer, Alyssa's passion for Voiceover and Voice Talent runs deep.

VALERIA ZUNZUN is a seasoned multilingual and multicultural voice director, casting director and voice talent. She has her own production company and recording studio, and collaborates with many post production studios in town.

As a director, Tyler has worked primarily in the world of video games, including titles like Starfield, Redfall, Guild Wars 2, Fallout 76, Dead by Daylight, and several unreleased AAA titles still under NDA. He also has extensive experience in the world of dubbing, both as a director and script adaptor.

Sam Roberts is the talent agent at In Both Ears. He joined the IBE team as their lead agent in 2016. He was raised in Greenville, SC and received his BFA in Acting from Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. IBE opened its doors in 2004 in Portland, OR.
